Tiff Lake is located in Evart Township in Osceola County, three miles South of the City of Evart. This Michigan lake consists of 47 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 40 feet.

The State of Michigan owns 39.2 acres of land on 100th Ave., the Northwestern corner of Tiff Lake, with 500 feet of lake frontage. Tiff Lake is one mile directly North of Saddlebag Lake (90 acres).
