Description:  Horseshoe Lake is located in Washtenaw County in Southeastern Michigan, near the community of Whitmore Lake, Nine miles North of Ann Arbor and Nine miles South of Brighton. Horseshoe Lake is near larger Whitmore Lake (667 acres), Lawton Lake and Monahan Lake.

Horseshoe Lake is actually shaped like a horseshoe. This Michigan lakes contains about 90 acres of surface waters and has a reported depth of 30 feet.
