Rose Lake is located in Rose Lake Township in Osceola County. To reach this Michigan lake, you can exit US 131 with either exit # 162 Leroy or exit # 168 Tustin. Rose Lake is equal distance from either exit.  Rose Lake consists of 370 acres of all sports surface waters with reported depths of 30 feet.

The lake owners have formed the Rose Lake Owners Association to properly care for the lake and its surrounding area.

The Michigan DNR maintains a public access site with a hard surface boat launch, parking and restroom. The access site is located off 18 Mile Road, between 150^th and 140^th Ave.  Fisherman will enjoy Black Crappie, Bluegill, Large Mouth Bass, Northern Pike, Pumpkinseed, Rock Bass, Walleye and Yellow Perch.

Rose Lake Park, located on the North side of the lake is maintained by the Parks Department of Osceola County.  Most of the 160 campsites have water and electric, the remainder of the sites are primitive sites.  The park includes a picnic area with two lake view shelters, two large pavilions and modern restrooms with showers.  The 1300 feet of sandy beach lakefront provides great swimming and the footpaths through the 48 acres of hard woods provide scenic hiking through the white birch, poplar, and pine trees.

Rose Lake is also home to the Rose Lake Youth Camp, a former Girls Scout camp, now a summer camp for youth.
