Matteson Lake is located in Matteson Township in Branch County, West of Coldwater Michigan and East from Long Lake, Palmer Lake and Sturgeon Lake.

This Michigan lake consists of 256 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 38 feet.

Fishermen report catches of Bullhead, Largemouth Bass and Northern Pike.

There is a public access site on the North side of the lake. The site includes a hard surface ramp, toilets and parking for 20 cars.

Matteson Lake, Bronson Michigan         Linda, We arrived day before yesterday. We are well, the weather is warm and the days are sunny. Fred is looking forward to a large catch of fish.
