Description:

Burt Lake is located in Burt and Tuscarora Townships in Cheboygan County. Burt Lake is South from Douglas Lake (3395 acres), West of Mullett Lake (17080 acres), East of Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake.

This Michigan lake consists of 17,120 acres (26.72 square miles) of surface waters, with reported depths of 73 feet, 30.1 miles of lake shoreline (includes lakeshore of islands).

Burt Lake is the fourth largest Michigan inland lake.
