Description: Ambrose Lake is located in Foster Township in Ogemaw County. This Michigan lake consists of 43 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 10 feet. There is a public access site on the North side of the lake, just off County Road 20. The site has a carry down ramp suitable for car top boats and canoes only, toilets and parking for 8 cars. Ambrose Lake is adjacent to Piper Lake, Clear Lake (171 acres), Grass Lake (19 acres), Elni Lake (21 acres), Bear Lake (17 acres) and Horseshoe Lake (37 acres). |
